Our Expertise
Alex Perez Roofing was established in 2017 as a “new kind” of roofing company. Our vision is to serve our communities by providing the best customer experience, and delivering quality workmanship. We understand how important it is for our customers to literally “Keep a roof over their heads”. Hence, they are investing in the most important part of their home, a roof that truly delivers peace of mind.

We are excited about the number of families we get to help each year by keeping so many homes dry in Sacramento and the surrounding communities. We are aware that sometimes home owners have difficult relationships with home contractors. This is why we are here to educate our customers of the importance of choosing the right company.
Because we understand the financial demands of owning your home, we do our best to help our customers make their home improvement a reality, by providing optional funding solutions, such as affordable monthly payments.

When we purchased our home two years ago, the roof had not been maintained which eventually resulted in a couple leaks as well as significant amount of moss on the concrete tiles. We knew a flat addon and all the valleys at the very least had to be either replaced, or the very least have major maintenance completed. After going through many bids we fortunately found Alex whom was very professional, respectful and fair on pricing. He worked with us to ensure we knew everything that would be done, how it would be done and with what materials. When they found additional damage we had been unaware of, he gave us options and made us feel confident our roof was in good shape by the time his team completed. Fast forward 6 months, we've just had our first bit of rain and everything is holding up well. We had one concern that Alex came out to check out personally and made sure all was well.
I've worked with many contractors as a house owner and Alex's attention to detail is very impressive. Even his demeanor is top notch, which I know is tough as he is constantly dealing wit customers like me whom prefer to know more about what's going on. With all that said, I highly recommend Alex Perez's roofing and would gladly be a reference!

I am very pleased with the new roof Alex and his crew installed last week on my house in South Land Park Hills. I received five quotes (more but only five showed up) and I chose Alex Perez Roofing because he was reliable, had great references, is a family business, has been roofing for many years, and his quote was very reasonable.
Alex consistently followed up with me and when they began the work he provided excellent customer service, timely responses to phone calls/texts, and installed my new roof in 4-days which included gutter guards and repairing some holes where I had the wind turbines removed. He installed the ridge vent as I requested and the roof passed the permit process. He even sent me pics of the new roof since I live in San Diego.

Alex came and gave us a quote on Friday and had his crew start the job on the following Monday! They did a Great job, and left everything neat and even hauled away the old gutters. Let me start off by saying the I bought a fixer upper, so I have had A LOT of experience with companies coming to my home to to work for various projects over this past year. Alex Perez's Roofing is by far the best experience I have had. Hands down. I had Alex and his crew put seamless aluminum gutters on my home and I couldn't be happier with the process.
Alex is right mix of professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable of gutters and very accommodating of my request to make the whole process contactless due to COVID. These were both very important to me.
He scheduled me that same week for a very reasonable and affordable price. (Yes, I did get several estimates and Alex had the best price!)
His team came, did all the gutters in just a few hours, AND we're as quiet as possible - again, I super appreciated this as I had told Alex that I was going to be working from home via zoom all morning. His team cleaned up after themselves very well, I even saw one of the crew looking very meticulously in the driveway and around our cars for any debris that might end up in our tires. They were honestly fantastic!
My home looks SO much better and is better protected with the new seamless aluminum gutters. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience, from start to finish.

I had a totally exceptional experience with Alex Perez's Roofing! It started with a competitive, detailed bid. After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides from competitor bids.
The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. I spent time with them on the roof. They explained everything they were doing and showing me in real time while they were working. It really helped me understand (and see) exactly what they were doing.
Alex and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process.
The quality of their work is outstanding!
I absolutely intend to bring them back in a few years for a roof check-up and will confidently refer them to neighbors, friends and family in the area!

I had my gutters replaced 6 months ago, why so long to review? I have OCD, and the price was SOOOOOOO great and experience was so straight forward. I felt like I might be getting burned. This was how we gave our "Trump money" back. Local businesses...
APR was 4k cheaper on average out of 5 quotes I had. I was about to give up. Alex was my last quote and after he quoted, I was asking "really? are you sure?" Once completed I believe it was 2.5 days on a 2 story home.
APR's staff was very nice and respectful. They did a great job picking up afterwards also.
We are very happy with the product, they did great and would call them 1st if I needed again. Sorry it took so long, it was worth it.

Discovered a roof leak/issue this year in my upstairs bedroom. Had three companies come out for a quote and Alex was the only one that figured out how the rain was getting in AND found the animal nest under one of my roof tiles.
Alex gave me a great presentation on the scope of the work, including some other recommendations. Presentation included photos he took of my roof while he inspected it.
Accepted his reasonable quote on the spot.
Alex's team arrived and were super courteous. They let us know when they arrived and finished. Overall good experience and would hire Alex's company again.
