How soon can you start my project?
Once your proposal is approved, most projects are scheduled within a few days. Our in-house crews complete most residential roofs in 3–4 days on average, depending on size and materials.
Do I need to be home during the project?
Not at all. We just need access to your driveway and backyard. Our team keeps you updated with photos and texts, so you’ll always know what’s happening, even if you’re away.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We take care of the entire permitting process and coordinate final inspections to make sure your roof meets all local building codes.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every roof we install comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty from Alex Perez Roofing and a lifetime, non-prorated manufacturer warranty on materials. That means you’re protected for the long run.
